Courses

Course access is granted on payment, or on receipt of a valid purchase order for invoice bookings. Self-paced course access does not expire. Cohort places may be transferred to a later cohort free of charge with reasonable notice. If a cohort programme is not right for you after the first live session, tell us and we will refund in full or transfer you.

CPD

Stated CPD hours reflect the learning time of each course, and certificates are provided for your professional portfolio.

Consultancy

Consultancy engagements are quoted in writing before work begins. Travel is billed at cost. Either party may end an engagement with 14 days' notice, with work to date invoiced.

Liability

Our courses and advice support, but do not replace, your organisation's professional and regulatory responsibilities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
