What we collect

Contact details you give us through forms (name, organisation, email), enquiry content, and course enrolment records. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

Why we process it

To respond to enquiries, deliver courses and services you have bought, issue certificates and invoices, and, only where you have opted in, send our email newsletter. The lawful bases we rely on are contract, legitimate interests and consent.

Retention and sharing

We keep enrolment and certificate records so we can reissue certificates, and accounting records as required by law. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, and unsubscribe from emails at any time, by contacting info@poctify.com.
